We are looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our team, based in Dartford and visiting sites across London. This is a key role that involves overseeing and coordinating pre-construction activities to ensure projects run smoothly and meet all standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections and prepare comprehensive site plans.
- Manage and coordinate the Building Safety Act process in collaboration with consultants and client teams.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project planning.
- Oversee the development of pre-construction documents, including plans and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Monitor the progress and quality of all pre-construction activities.
What you need:
- Previous experience in estimating and / or project management and / or relevant professional qualifications is required.

- Our Dartford office with travel across London and the South East
