Maes Abereistedd

Located in the coastal town of Criccieth, Hamilton recently completed an External Wall Insulation (EWI) project on a four-storey block of flats at Maes Abereistedd.  Commissioned by Grwp Cynefin, with Novus Solutions as the main contractor, the project involved the installation of the Saint-Gobain Weber’s webertherm XP scraped system.

Vantage Quay

Located in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, which is dubbed the creative and urban heart of the city, Vantage Quay was identified as having unsafe cladding in the wake of the Grenfell disaster It was agreed that there was a need to undertake works to address the inadequacy of the external cladding system, timber trellis and associated.

Canon Green

Major works on iconic building helps to transform Salford skyline  In 2018 Salix Homes was given the green light by Salford City Council to carry out a major redevelopment project at the city’s Canon Green Campus.  With Willmott Dixon appointed as main contractor, Hamilton was tasked with the installation of a WBS A2 rated EWI.

Fitzwarren Court

Ambitious improvements by Hamilton Building Contractors saves tower block from demolition When Salix Homes secured funding for major improvements to its Fitzwarren Court building, the social housing provider appointed The Casey Group as main contractor for the work on the 23-storey block of 135 apartments.
