Maes Abereistedd

Located in the coastal town of Criccieth, Hamilton recently completed an External Wall Insulation (EWI) project on a four-storey block of flats at Maes Abereistedd.  Commissioned by Grwp Cynefin, with Novus Solutions as the main contractor, the project involved the installation of the Saint-Gobain Weber’s webertherm XP scraped system.

Chartist House

Hamilton was commissioned as subcontractor by Casey Group to carry out the external refurbishment and recladding of Chartist House, an 18-storey high-rise building located in Hyde, on behalf of Jigsaw Homes.  The project, managed by Casey as the main contractor, aimed to upgrade the energy efficiency of 98 flats within the building using Wetherby Building.

Vantage Quay

Located in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, which is dubbed the creative and urban heart of the city, Vantage Quay was identified as having unsafe cladding in the wake of the Grenfell disaster It was agreed that there was a need to undertake works to address the inadequacy of the external cladding system, timber trellis and associated.

Littlemoor House and Montgomery House

Adapt and improve: 1970s tower blocks made safer, smarter and warmer First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) committed £2.6m to refurbishing its high-rise properties Littlemoor House and Montgomery House.

Picture House

Removal and replacement of non-compliant timber cladding and decking Hamilton acted as main contractor for this safety critical project on a six-story residential building in Bolton town centre.

Artesian House

Full facade remediation Hamilton acted as sub-contractor for Equans on this challenging remediation project which involved complete removal and replacement of all external cladding and insulation on a high-rise, mixed-use building.
