As part of our ongoing work to improve processes and introduce more sustainable practices we started to roll out digital paperwork with the iAuditor app late last year.
Initial trials on selected sites were hugely successful with great feedback from staff and clients and in December we began training with all our teams.
Staff are reporting that the system means it is much easier, and faster, to complete forms and upload them straight to Dropbox without the hassle of scanning everything in through printers.
iAuditor has a new feature called ‘Issues’ which allows observations, incidents and any maintenance problems to be reported through the app, which then submits an instant notification to the relevant person. This can also be done via a QR code.
