We have appointed Martin Walker BSc (Hons), MCIOB as Regional Director for the South, as Hamilton continues its strongest period of growth to date.
A Chartered Construction Manager with over 20 years of experience, Martin brings with him an impressive track record of delivering complex, high-value construction projects across the UK. He has held senior roles with major contractors including Balfour Beatty and Mulalley, and is known for his operational excellence, leadership and strategic foresight.
In late 2024, Martin became one of the first six construction professionals in the UK to complete the Chartered Institute of Building’s (CIOB) Principal Contractor Competency Scheme, setting a new industry benchmark for excellence in construction leadership.
Speaking about his appointment, Martin said:

Martin will be based at our new Dartford office, heading up operations in the South as the company’s turnover is projected to double to £50 million in 2025. His appointment follows a broader expansion across the business, with a growing number of new team members strengthening health & safety and operational delivery nationwide.
