As June arrives, we’re looking back at a busy and meaningful six months for Hamilton – a period that’s seen us build safer, more efficient and more community-focused homes across the UK.
Delivering building safety and compliance
In line with renewed regulatory scrutiny and the Building Safety Regulator’s call for industry-wide accountability, our teams have continued to embed best practice into every project. Our work at Burley Street in Leeds exemplifies this commitment, installing an A1-rated External Wall Insulation system that not only enhances fire safety and energy efficiency but also supports Leeds’ sustainability objectives.
Ongoing transformation: Lewisham Park Towers
One of our largest and most high-profile undertakings this year is Lewisham Park Towers. While still in progress, this multi-block refurbishment is already shaping up to be a flagship project for Hamilton, combining extensive structural works, energy upgrades and resident engagement to revitalise a prominent London development. A greener, warmer future
We’ve also made significant strides on energy efficiency. Through the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund, we’ve rolled out External Wall Insulation (EWI) systems on schemes such as Ashworthy Close in Hull. These upgrades are cutting energy use, improving resident comfort and helping to meet carbon reduction targets – all while breathing new life into homes and estates.

This year has also seen the completion of key projects like Seaton Point in Hackney and further upgrades across regional housing stock. These aren’t just construction jobs, they’re investments in long-term quality of life.
